Ways to Contribute

The mission of Partners Home Care — to provide care to all regardless of illness, insurance, or ability to pay — is supported by the generous contributions of our many friends in the community.

Your Gift

Home is often the best medicine. When you support Partners Home Care, your contribution has a significant impact on family, friends, and neighbors who urgently need home health care services. For example, your investment in PHC may be used for the purchase of life-improving equipment not covered by insurance, such as telemonitors, which enable patients with chronic heart failure to come home from the hospital and be monitored daily.

Ways to Contribute

Online Giving
Make a gift online to immediately impact home care services. Celebrate, honor and/or remember the people who have touched your life by making a Tribute gift. Your online gift can be made as a Tribute in memory or in honor of a special friend or caregiver.

Monthly Giving
PHC patients need services every minute of every hour of every day of the year. When you make the decision to give monthly, you provide steady, reliable support that enables PHC to grow to meet the needs of its patients.

Planned Giving
Many people contribute to Partners Home Care through a planned gift such as a bequest in their will, or a charitable gift annuity.

Gift Designation
Contributions to the PHC Annual Fund support the areas of greatest need. Or your gift can be targeted to an area of specific interest to you — Maternal-Child Health, Medical Equipment, The Roche Fund for Education and Training or the Marcia Reissig Fund for Partners Transitions.
