Partners Lifeline

"Lifeline gives me the confidence to live alone."

"Now I know I can get help when I need it. I feel much more secure in my home."

Partners Home Care offers emergency response and support services through its Lifeline Program. Subscribers are linked, through a voice communicator, to the Lifeline Response Center, 24 hours a day.

When help is needed, the subscriber presses a Personal Help Button (PHB), worn on the wrist or around the neck. The Personal Help Button activates the communicator, which automatically dials the Response Center. Within seconds, a highly-trained representative (called a Lifeline Monitor) speaks with the subscriber through a built-in high-output speakerphone.

Important subscriber information is immediately available to the Lifeline Monitor answering the call, so the type of help needed is quickly determined and dispatched.

Partners Lifeline can help subscribers maintain their independence and remain in the comfort of their own homes by ensuring that help is nearby if needed.

Other services offered by Partners Lifeline:

The CareAlert Service notifies a concerned third party, such as a physician or family member, when an incident occurs with a subscriber.

The Lifeline Access system provides a telephone link for people with limited physical abilities, through a selection of electronic switches specially designed for small movements such as a puff, a sip on a tube, a roll of the head, or the blink of an eye.
