The inaugural Celebration of Hope: Courageous Voices of Home Care and Hospice fundraising dinner celebrated the innovative programs and skilled, compassionate clinicians of Partners Home Care and Partners Hospice. James. J. Mongan, MD, former President and CEO of Partners HealthCare, was honored for his support and vision that led to the establishment of Partners Hospice, and Master of Ceremonies, Jack Connors, Jr., Chairman of Partners Healthcare, conducted the evening's program with grace and humor.
