Our Referral Service Center will contact your patient and/or family member within 24 hours of receiving the referral.

Partners Lifeline offers emergency response, 24 hours a day. When help is needed, a Personal Help Button is pressed which signals the Response Center. A highly-trained representative assesses the situation and determines the type of help that is needed.

Partners Lifeline with Alarms provides more security as it responds in cases of falls.
