From the North:
Take Route 3 (heading to the Cape) to Exit 14 (228 Rockland). At the end of the ramp bear right (Hingham Street) Rockland. On the left you will pass Bellas Restaurant. Take the next right (which is approximately .7 mile from Exit 14) onto Reservoir Park Drive. Follow Reservoir Park Drive and turn right into Ledgewood Place, which is the street after the Days Inn Hotel. Go the end of Ledgewood Place. Partners Private Care is located on the third floor of #200 Ledgewood Place.
From the South:
Take Route 3 to Exit 14 (228 Rockland). At the end of the ramp, take a left at the lights and follow (Hingham Street), you will see Home Depot on the left, after you go through the traffic light follow directions above.
