Directions to the Partners Home Care Waltham Office

From the South:
1. Take Route 3 North. Take I-93 S (Exit #20 on the left) toward I-95/Dedham, otherwise known as 128 N/ US1 South.
2. Follow about 35 miles to Exit 27A, Totten Pond Road, toward Waltham.
3. Exit at the Totten Pond Road ramp toward Waltham Center. At the lights turn right onto Totten Pond Road, then immediately left on to Wyman St., and then immediately right on to Winter St.; pass hotels, and 281 Winter St., "Somerset Court," is on your left.

OR: Exit at the Totten Pond Road ramp toward Waltham Center. At the lights turn right onto Totten Pond Road. At next set of lights take a left onto Winter St., 281 Winter St.; "Somerset Court" will be on your right (brick entry way).

4. Another option is to take Exit 27B, Winter Street Exit. As you exit the ramp take a right at the lights. Then take the left before the next set of lights onto Winter Street; pass hotels, and 281 Winter St., "Somerset Court," is on your left.

From the North:
1. Take 128S (toward US-1/Boston). Take Exit #27A, Totten Pond Road/Wyman Street. Go over highway to lights at Wyman St, and follow either of the directions in #3 above.
