PHC Celebrates National Home Care MonthNovember is National Home Care Month, which provides an opportunity to celebrate the role that home care plays in the lives of sick and disabled members of our community. As we prepare for Thanksgiving and recall all that we have to be grateful for, Partners Home Care proudly acknowledges the home care professionals who are making a difference every day in the lives of our nation's citizens.
