Since 1993, Tee-Off contributions have risen steadily and as of today total a phenomenal $2.25 million. Funds from the Tee-Off make up 25% of all annual charitable contributions to Partners Home Care and Partners Hospice. This support makes it possible to help 3,000 children and adults each day who are recovering from illness or surgery or living with a life limiting illness, to remain safely in their homes with comfort and dignity.

We gratefully acknowledge all of our sponsors from over the past 15 years, especially those that helped us reach this year's one-time goal of raising $450,000.
