Plans for 12th Annual Tee-Off Underway
The 12th Annual Tee-Off will take place at the beautiful Pinehills Golf Club in Plymouth, Mass.

With the arrival of Spring and greener fairways, plans for Partners Home Care's 12th Annual Tee-Off for Home Care are underway. This exciting event to benefit the charitable work of PHC will be held on Wednesday, June 15, at Pinehills Golf Club in Plymouth, a premier golf facility featuring two 18-hole championship courses by Rees Jones and Jack Nicklaus Design. As one of the largest home health providers in New England, Partners Home Care is committed to providing high-quality care to patients suffering from debilitating and chronic illnesses, regardless of their financial means. This year, PHC's three regional branches will serve 27,000 patients of all ages with over 400,000 in-home visits by dedicated visiting nurses, therapists, social workers and home health aides. The tournament committee has set an ambitious goal of raising $250,000 at this year's Tee-Off.
