Plans for the 11th Annual Tee-Off Underway!

The 11th Annual Tee-Off will be held at the beautiful Pinehills Golf Club in Plymouth, Mass. Golf is in the air and plans for Partners Home Care's 11th Annual Tee-Off are underway. The event is scheduled for Thursday, June 17 at Pinehills Golf Club in Plymouth, MA, and the committee is looking to raise $250,000 to support home health and community services for Partners Home Care. Proceeds from the event will be used to fund free and under-reimbursed care for needy patients who often fall between the cracks of traditional insurance coverage. Consistent with the agency's mission of providing care regardless of ability to pay, the cost of these services can only be balanced by fund-raising efforts like the Annual Tee-Off. 2004 Golf Committee Corporate Sponsorship opportunities range from $25,000 for the Presenting Sponsor to $2,000 for a foursome sponsor.
