South Region Alzheimer's Support Group, open to caregivers and family members. Meets on the third Thursday of the month from 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. at the First Trinitarian Congregational Church, 381 Country Way, Scituate. Caregivers Support Group, for caregivers and families of patients with Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias. Meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. at Rockland Memorial Library, 336 Union Street, Rockland. Caregivers Support Group, co-sponsored by the Bridgewater Office of Elder Affairs, is open to anyone in the Bridgewater community who is caring for an elder. Meetings are on the last Thursday of each month from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. at the Conant Community Health Center, 5 Wally Krueger Way, Bridgewater. How Sweet It Is, program providing support and education to caregivers and patients with diabetes. The eight-session program meets in the fall and the spring in three South Region locations: Rockland, Milton, and Marshfield. Widowed Support Group, co-sponsored by the Milton Council on Aging, is open to all widowed persons. Meets on the third Wednesday of the month from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. at the Milton Council on Aging, 10 Walnut Street, Milton.
