From RT. 128/ I-95 Northbound (from Woburn):
Follow I-95/Rt 128 north until the roads split. Remain on Rt. 128 toward Gloucester and take Exit 22E (Rt. 62 Beverly). Follow Rt. 62 (Elliott Street) east approximately 2 miles to Cummings Center at Elliott Street, Beverly. Pass the guard shack and go all the way to the back of Cummings Center to building #800, suite 166S.
From Rt. 1 northbound (from Logan Airport):
Follow Route 1 to junction with I-95 and Rt. 128 north. Turn north on these two routes, but stay on Rt. 128 toward Gloucester when the roads split. Follow Rt. 128 north to Exit 22E (Rt. 62 Beverly). Follow Rt. 62 (Elliott Street) east approximately 2 miles to Cummings Center at Elliott Street, Beverly. Pass the guard shack and go all the way to the back of Cummings Center to building #800, suite 166S.
Alternate route out of Boston is I-93 North to I-95 and then north on I-95 to 128 north as stated in the directions from Woburn.
From Rt. 128 southbound (from Gloucester):
Take Rt. 128 to Exit 20 (Rt. 1A south) into Beverly. Follow Rt. 1A south onto Rantoul Street. Take a right onto Rt. 62, cross over railroad tracks, where Cummings Center is on the right. Enter Cummings Center and locate building #800, suite 166s.
